Bax、Fas蛋白在原发性肝细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Bax和Fas蛋白表达在原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)发生、发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化法检测56例HCC癌旁组织和癌组织中Bax和Fas蛋白表达,并分析两指标与HCC临床病理特征的关系及两指标间的相关性。结果 Bax蛋白在癌旁组织和HCC癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为21.4%(12/56)、66.1%(37/56),P<0.05(χ2=28.32);Fas蛋白在癌旁组织和HCC癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为80.4%(45/56)、41.1%(23/56),P<0.05(χ2=21.42)。Bax、Fas蛋白在HCC癌组织中的表达无明显相关性,两者表达均与肿瘤分化程度相关(P<0.05),但与年龄、性别、肿瘤直径、是否伴有肝硬化无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论 Bax、Fas蛋白异常表达可能通过不同途径参与HCC发生、发展。Objective To investigate the roles of the expression of Bax and Fas protein in the incidence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）and its significance.Methods The expression of Bax and Fas in HCC and paracancerous tissue from 56 patients were detected by means of immunohistochemistry technique,the correlation between the two indexes and the clinical pathological features of HCC.Results The positive rate of Bax expression in HCC and paracancerous tissue were 66.1%（37/56） and 21.4%（12/56）,P0.05（χ2=28.32）;The positive rate of Fas expression were 41.1%（23/56） and 80.4%（45/56）,P0.05（χ2=21.42）.No significant difference was found between the Bax and Fas protein,the two indexes were both correlated with the differentiation of tumor（P0.05）,but not associated to age,gender,tumor diameter,hepatic cirrhosis（yes or no）（P0.05）.Conclusion The abnormal expression of Bax and Fas protein may take part in the incidence and development of HCC through different ways.
