摘　　要：以黑龙江民营上市公司为研究对象,运用相关分析方法对影响上市公司经营绩效的公司治理层面因素进行了深入分析,并根据实证结果提出了相关对策建议:认为黑龙江民营上市公司应从实行结构化激励模式、优化资本配置结构和完善公司治理结构等3个方面着手来加大公司治理力度,以提升黑龙江上市公司总体质量。Taking Heilongjiang province＇s private-listed companies as study subject,with the method of correlation analysis,this paper analyzes the factors of business performance for listed companies＇ corporate governance.Based on empirical evidence,Heilongjiang province＇s private-listed companies should begin to improve corporate governance from three sides,including the implementation of structural motivation model,optimizing capital disposition structure and perfecting corporate governance structure to raise the overall quality.
