摘　　要：分析了用相似初等变换法求相似变换矩阵P的原理,通过实例展示了求P的具体过程,并提炼出求矩阵全部特征值和全部线性无关特征向量的又一种方法.The principle is analyzed of finding similar transformation matrix P through the elementary similar transformation.The examples are given to illustrate the calculation of the matrix P.The new method of finding all eigenvalues and eigenvectors is discussed.
