摘　　要：跨国公司如何在全球范围内进行业务配置,如何在业务体系中配置决策权是学术界关注的热点问题。在分业体制和决策体系的建构中,跨国公司的地区总部都发挥着举足轻重的作用。从跨国公司地区总部的组织结构设立出发,通过对总部导向型、供应链导向型和项目导向型分业体制的分析,利用价值链的解构,探究跨国公司决策权的配置与决策体系的特征,有助于解决与组织运行机制相匹配的跨国公司战略问题,从而进一步确立跨国公司的战略规划与管理策略。It has been a hot issue among the academic circle about how multinational corporations allocate their business all over the world and how they deploy decision-making rights in the business system.The regional headquarter of multinational corporations plays a significant role in the configuration of business distributions system and decision making system.Starting from the research of regional headquarters,the in-depth analysis of the business distribution system of headquarter-oriented style,supply-chain-oriented style and project-oriented style respectively,and furthermore,the analysis of their deployment of decision-making rights and the character of decision-making system based on the studying of multinational corporations＇ value chain,are helpful to find out multinational corporations strategy that consistent with their organizational operating mechanism and explain their strategic and management behaviors.
