民国时期江西地方政府对民办教育的扶持与规范性管理

摘　　要：民国时期,江西地方政府对民办私立学校采取了宽松的教育改革政策以及经费上的适当补助,大力扶持民办私立学校的创办;并通过对民办私立学校的管理权限、办学条件、财务制度等进行规范性管理,使民办私立学校在培养人才、稳定地方、提高民众素质等方面发挥了积极的作用,为江西近代教育的发展作出了一定的贡献。During the time of the Republic of China,Jiangxi local government adopted aloose educational reform policy as well as the funds suitable subsidy for the private schools,vigorously supporting private schools to be established,and carried on the regulated management through private schools＇ administration authority,school conditions,the financial systems and so on,making private schools play an active rile in fostering talents,stabilizing localiies,improving populace quality,which made certain contribution for Jiangxi modern teducation development.
