摘  要:以2′-羟基查耳酮为原料,吡啶-水溶液为催化剂,分别在加热和光照条件下合成黄烷酮,考察了吡啶-水体积比、加热温度、光照强度、反应时间等因素的影响。结果表明,当吡啶-水体积比为4∶6,加热温度为90℃,反应时间为1 h时,黄烷酮产率达89.0%;在吡啶-水体积比为4∶6下,采用500W氙灯辐射7.5 h,黄烷酮产率达93.7%。An approach to the synthesis of flavanone in heating or lighting conditions was investigated respectively with 2'-hydroxychalcone as raw material and pyridine-water solution as catalytic agent.The main influence factors including volume ratio of pyridine-water,reaction temperature or light intensity,reaction time were discussed.The results showed that when the volume ratio of pyridine-water was 4∶6,the heating temperature was 90℃,the reaction time was 1 h,the yield of flavanone was 89.0%;and when the volume ratio of pyridine-water was 4∶6,the light intensity was 500 W(xenon lamp),the irradiation time was 7.5 h,the yield of flavanone was 93.7%.
