摘 要:考察了温度、反应时间、pH值及柠檬酸与氯化铝的比例对合成柠檬酸铝作为交联剂的HPAM/柠檬酸铝弱凝胶体系黏度的影响,结果显示最优的合成条件是:反应温度为80℃,反应时间为3h,pH约为7.0,柠檬酸与铝的物质的量比为1:2.0。采用油田污水制备了柠檬酸铝交联的HPAM/柠檬酸铝弱凝胶体系,考察了不同的配制方法对凝胶强度和稳定性的影响,发现采用自来水配制HPAM/柠檬酸铝预先交联体系,而后用污水稀释的方法可以配制出与自来水直接配制效果相当的凝胶体系。The effect of the synthesis conditions of aluminum citrate on the viscosity of HPAM/Al citrate weak gel system were investigated,including temperature,reaction time,pH and the mol ratio of citric acid to aluminum chloride,and it was found that the optimal reaction conditions were that the temperature is 80℃,the reaction time is 3h,the pH is 7.0,and the mol ratio of citric acid to aluminum chloride is 1:2.0.The HPAM/Al citrate weak gel was prepared by using oilfield sewage with different methods,and it was found that pre-crosslinked HPAM/Al citrate diluted using oilfield sewage would give the similar weak gel performance to the system prepared using tap water.
