两种数字逆变不锈钢MAG焊机性能试验对比分析

摘  要:针对两种不同特点的数字逆变不锈钢MAG焊机采用两种不同保护气体[φ(Ar)98%+φ(O2)2%]和[φ(Ar)98%+φ(CO2)2%]在各自最佳工况下分别进行焊接试验,对比分析两种数字逆变不锈钢MAG焊机的焊接特点和工作性能,两种不同保护气体对不锈钢薄板焊缝成形的影响。通过对比试验,结合现场工况和作业要求,确定适合于现车生产的不锈钢薄板焊接的焊机和保护气体,为焊机的选型工作提供一定的借鉴和参考。In the paper,the two kinds of numeric MAG welding machines were tested in the optimal welding conditions by using the two different shielded gases.The welding characteristics and operation performances were contrastively studied between this two welding machines.The influences on welds' figurations were analyzed by using the different welding machines and shielded gases in the thin stainless steel plates' welding.By contrastive tests,according to the working conditions and operating requirements,the optimal welding machine and shielded gas were finally selected in site production.It is valuable to selected welding machine.
