牛奶掺过氧化氢快速检测试纸研制

摘　　要：按规定牛奶中不允许加入任何防腐剂。为了防止牛奶变质,不法经营者向牛奶中掺入过氧化氢。本试验对牛奶掺过氧化氢的检测方法进行了筛选,采用试管法和试纸法对牛奶掺过氧化氢进行检测比较,确定了试纸检测牛奶中掺过氧化氢的方法可行。探索了制作的试纸方法,选择最佳试剂浓度加载到定性滤纸上,采用60℃～70℃的温度烘干试纸,用掺有不同浓度的过氧化氢牛奶检测试纸的灵敏度,检测结果表明,最低检出量为0.02%,能方便快速的检测出牛奶掺过氧化氢。试验证明试纸的有效期为≥1年。According to the regulations,there is not permit for adding any preservatives in the milk.The present study selected the method of H2O2 adulteration checking the in milk.The detection method of H2O2 adulteration was compared for the test-tube method with paper-test method.The feasibility of paper-test method was worked out.The investigation of self-made test-paper for the optimum regents concentration was screened,and added to the filter-paper,and drying the test-paper under 60℃ ~70℃ heating.The sensitivity was checked by the adulteration milk with different concentration of H2O2.The results indicate that the minimum amount of detected quantity H2O2 is 0.02%,and can easy,quick to test the milk H2O2 adulteration,and the experiment proved the expiry date for the test-paper is over one year.
