摘　　要：试验以2种粗饲料(干玉米秸秆和玉米秸秆青贮)和3种精粗比(3:7,4.5:5.5,7:3)设计了6种试验日粮,选择6只体重50-55kg、装有永久性十二指肠近端T型瘘管的小尾寒羊,研究了不同日粮类型对绵羊十二指肠食糜中氨基酸含量的影响。结果表明,绵羊十二指肠食糜中的氨基酸含量较为稳定,精粗饲料配比仅对十二指肠食糜中的Met、Arg、Phe含量有一定影响,而粗饲料种类对各种氨基酸含量均无明显影响。本试验条件下,绵羊十二指肠食糜中均以Leu、Lys和Val含量较高,而His、Met含量较低。The research studied the effects of different diets on amino acids contents of duodenal chyme in sheep.Six Small-tailed Han sheep,weighted 50-55 kilogram,with permanent T-shape duodenal cannula,were fed with six kinds of diets which were made by two roughage（dry corn straw and corn straw silage） and three kinds of concentrate to roughage ratio（3：7,4.5：5.5,7：3）.The result showed that,the amino acids contents of duodenal chyme were stable;the concentrate to roughage ratio just influenced the contents of methionine,arginine and phenylalanine,but the kinds of roughage had no significant influence to each amino acid content.In the research,the contents of leucine,lysine and valine were higher,and the contents of histidine,methionine were lower in duodenal chyme of sheep.
