摘　　要：发展是当代大学生的根本需求。促进大学生自主发展,是高等教育的主要功能之一。高校学生管理工作应该树立服务意识,创新机制,强化学生主体意识,培养学生自主发展的能力。Development is the fundamental need of modern college students.Promoting students to develop independently is one of the functions of education.Student management in college should be service-oriented and innovative.It is necessary to strengthen students＇ subject consciousness so as to raise their ability of independent development.
