我国优秀男子武术散打运动员有氧代谢能力评价研究

摘　　要：通过文献法、实验法、数理统计法等多种研究方法,对我国现役30名优秀男子武术散打运动员的有氧代谢能力指标进行测试分析。结果表明:1)我国优秀男子武术散打运动员各项有氧代谢指标测试结果,与文献资料中其它运动项目优秀男子运动员相比较,各项有氧代谢指标测试均值属中等偏上水平,说明仍有增长的潜力;2)R因子分析结果表明相对最大摄氧量、最大氧脉搏和血红蛋白指标可以作为武术散打运动员有氧代谢能力评价代表性指标;3)制定的综合评价标准经样本内回带检验结果表明,本文选择的代表性评价指标及其制订的标准具有一定的科学性。The paper do some research on the aerobic metabolism capacity which affect the 30 elite men＇ s SanDa sportsmen with the methods： documentation,experiment,mathematical statistics.The result show that：（1）The oxygen metabolism of elite male Sanda athletes had been the growth potential,comparing with the literature material in,each item has the oxygen metabolism target test average value to be on the medium level;（2）The R factor analysis result indicated the relative absorbs oxygen quantity most greatly,the biggest oxygen pulse and the hemoglobin target may be choose as the oxygen metabolism ability appraisal representative target;（3）Formulates the quality synthetic evaluation standard returns to the belt examination demonstration after the sample in,the appraisal target and the standard has certain scientific nature.
