论“新课改”视野里的中学体育教育适应

摘　　要：本研究对"新课改"实施后的中学体育教师适应问题展开调查。结果表明,因体育教师数量、教育观念、专业素质、培养机制等因素,中学体育教师对目前的教学表现出了一定的不适应性。结合实际,就中学体育教师如何尽快适应"新课改"提出了一些建议。This study explores the P.E.adaptation problems of Secondary School after the implementation of ＂New Curriculum Reform＂.The results show that are outmoded,is not a comprehensive,Secondary School physical education teachers can’t currently keep up with the development of teaching,such as a few of physical education teachers,the backward of educational concepts,the incompleting of professional quality and the backward of training system.Combined with the actual situation,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the secondary school physical education teachers how to adapt to the ＂New Curriculum Reform＂.
