摘　　要：[目的]探讨腔镜下甲状腺瘤切除术的手术技巧及临床应用价值.[方法]回顾性总结32例经胸骨前径路腔镜下甲状腺手术,其中甲状腺腺瘤22例,结节性甲状腺肿10例.[结果]31例手术均获成功,有1例因肿块较大而中转开放手术.未发生声嘶及饮水呛咳,无四肢麻木、抽搐等并发症.[结论]经胸壁径路腔镜下甲状腺瘤切除术具有创伤小,恢复快,美容效果好的优点.[Objective] To explore the skill and the clinical value of endoscopic thyroidectomy. [Methods] The clinical data of 32 patients undergoing endoscopic thyroidectomy via the anterior chest approach were analyzed retrospectively. All patients included 22 cases of thyroid adenoma and 10 cases of nodular goiter. [Results] The endoscopic thyroidectomy was performed successfully in 31 patients. One case of large thyroid adenoma was converted to open thyroidectomy. There were no complications such as hoarseness, bucking while drinking water, limbs anesthesia and convulsion, etc. [Conclusion] Endoscopic thyroidectomy via the anterior chest approach has advantages such as minimally invasion, rapid recovery and good cosmetic result.
