神经生长液治疗老年帕金森病的初步临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:围绕"研发多重靶标治疗神经退行性疾病的多功能药物"的设想探讨中药神经生长液治疗老年帕金森病的初步临床应用。方法:选择典型的老年帕金森病例3例(年龄75～90岁,病程4～10年,长期服用多巴丝肼维持,YAHR分级4～5级);服用神经生长液治疗(1贴/日,30天为一疗程,间隔2～4周后进行第二疗程。重复上述2～5个疗程);观察患者的临床症状改善和多巴丝肼的减量情况。结果:3例患者在服用神经生长液2～5个疗程后,临床症状均获得不同程度的改善,多巴丝肼减量达20%～50%,YAHR分级达2～4级。结论:中药提取的神经生长液治疗老年帕金森病取得预想中的初步临床疗效,提示该中药的有效成分对人体可能有多靶点的调节和修复作用,有望成为中西医结合治疗老年帕金森病的新方法。Objective：Centering around the idea of ＂the RD of multi-effective and multi-targeting drugs in the treatment of CNS neurodegenerative disorders＂,the effects of Nerve Growth Decoction（NGD） on the therapy of senile Parkinson＇s Disease are preliminarily evaluated in its clinical use.Methods：Three patients with typical Parkinson＇s Disease were enrolled（age 75～90 years old,disease history 4～10 years,long-term oral administration of Levodopa and Benserazide Tablet,YAHR grading 4～5）;The NGD was orally administrated to three patients（1 package/day,1 therapy duration/30day,and next therapy duration continued after the therapy interval of 2～4 weeks.The whole therapy period was 2 to 5 durations and intervals cycled as above）.The modification of clinical signs and the decrease of Levodopa and Benserazide Tablet dosage were observed.Results：There were obvious modification in clinical signs,a decrease by 20%～50% in Levodopa and Benserazide Tablet dosage and up-grading to 2～4 in YAHR grade in all three patients after administration of NGD with 2 to 5 cycled durations.Conclusion：The preliminary showed expected curative effects of NGD,derived from traditional Chinese medicine,were showed on senile Parkinson＇s Disease,suggesting that the NGD may have integrating and regenerating effects on the human body based on its multi-effective components and multi-targeting functions,and may be the new strategy for the therapy of senile Parkinson＇s Disease with combination of Sino-Western medicine.
