摘　　要：辅导员博客实效性评价指标体系的建立对于辅导员博客的构建及实效性评价具有重要意义。本文采用文献研究和开放式问卷确定评价指标体系,用座谈讨论和因子分析法剔除不合理的评价指标。权重的确定运用主客观相结合的原则,把因子分析得出的客观权重和AHP法得出的主观权重相结合,得出评价指标体系的权重。Based on the existing research, this paper attempts to design an indicator scheme for assessing the practicability of counselors＇ blog. Document investigation and open form questionnaire are conducted. To determine the factors and to eliminate unreasonable indicators, interview and factor analysis are employed. Proportion is determined jointly by objective and subjective methodologies,i, e. factor analysis and AHP. The assessment scheme on the practicability of counselors＇ blog is important for the construction and the assessment of counselors＇ blog.
