摘　　要：对在2000-2009年中国全文期刊数据库上以"企业家社会责任"、"经营者社会责任"、"管理者社会责任"、"领导者社会责任"为题名所刊发的有关企业家社会责任方面的文献进行了梳理。分析了企业家社会责任的研究现状;对企业家社会责任导向、影响因素等方面的一些主要研究结论和观点进行了归纳总结;结合国内外研究的相关成果,提出了未来研究的发展方向。The paper summarizes the published literature about some entrepreneurial social responsibility with the titles of ＂entrepreneurial social responsibility＂,＂the social responsibility of the operators＂ and ＂social responsibility of management＂ in 2000-2009 China full-text journals database.It analyzes the current status of research on entrepreneurial social responsibility,sums up some major research findings and viewpoints about social responsibility-oriented entrepreneurs and the influencing factors in the light of the relevant research results home and abroad and then points out the development direction of future study.
