摘  要:通过室内培养试验,以DMP(3,5-二甲基吡唑)为参比对象,研究了新型吡唑类硝化抑制剂CMP(1-甲氨甲酰-3-甲基吡唑)对尿素氮在土壤中转化的影响。结果表明:CMP能强烈地抑制铵的氧化,抑制效果随着CMP用量增加而增强。0.03%尿素添加量的CMP在前40d的抑制效果好于0.1%尿素添加量的DMP处理;但在第60天硝态氮超过了CK,失去抑制效果;同时硝态氮的浓度也超过了铵态氮的浓度,表观硝化率为52.6%;而0.1%尿素添加量的CMP能显著提高土壤中铵态氮浓度,降低硝态氮浓度,在整个培养期间,表观硝化率最高为32.6%。With aerobic incubation test,this paper studied the effects of nitrification inhibitor CMP(1-carboxamide-3-methylpyrazole) on Urea-N transformation,taking DMP(3,5-dimethylpyrazole) as reference.The results indicated that CMP could significantly inhibit the oxidation of soil ammonium.The inhibitory effect of CMP increased with its dosage.CMP showed a higher efficacy when its dosage was one third of DMP in the 40 days,but it lost its inhibitory effect on the 60th day because its nitrate concentration was higher than the control.The nitrate concentration was higher than the ammonium concentration and its apparent nitrification rate was 52.6%.When the dosage was 0.1%of applied urea,it could increase the soil ammonium concentration and decrease the nitrate concentration and the highest apparent nitrification rate was only 32.6%over the period.
