摘　　要：随着宁波经济的快速发展与文明城市的建设,城市形象大幅提升,但在公厕配套设施建设方面仍存在一些不足之处。为了进一步提升宁波市的文明形象,调查以宁波市市区公厕为切入点,从小范围着手,分析宁波市公厕现状,并就调查过程中发现的实际问题提出几项措施,将人性化设计融入宁波市市区公厕的改善方案中。With the rapid economic development and construction of civilized city,the city image of Ningbo has been enhanced greatly,but there still exist some deficiencies in the construction of the public toilets’ supporting facilities.In order to further enhance the civilized image of Ningbo,the survey chooses public toilets in the downtown of Ningbo as a sample,setting about from a small range,to study the current situation of Ningbo＇s public toilets,and puts forward some measures according to the practical problems revealed in the process of the survey and adds human designs to the improvement plan of the public toilets in Ningbo＇s downtown.
