摘 要:以多刺裸腹浸(Moinai macrocopa)为材料,对三种污水(生活类污水-污水A,钢铁类工业污水-污水B,化工类工业污水-污水C)的毒性进行了研究.根据死亡率判定三种污水的毒性为A〈B〈C.污水A对裸腹潘心率起促进作用,在25%时达到最大;对生殖量也有促进作用.污水B和C对心率产生低促高抑的作用,在75%时到达最低值.高浓度污水B和C都能抑制水潘的生殖量,但污水C的毒性高于污水B.从心率和生殖量来看,污水毒性大小为A〈B〈C,与死亡率判定相同.The effects of three kinds of wastewater (the lifestyle sewage- wastewater A, the wastewater from the steel plant - wastewater B and the wastewater from the chemical plant- wastewater C)on Moina macrocopa were studied. According to the mortality, the toxicity of three wastewater was A〈B〉C. The heart rate of M. macrocopa was treated by wastewater A was higher than the control,and reached the highest point at 25 %. The wastewater A enhanced the reproductive output significantly. The heart rate exposed to the wastewater B and C were increased at the lower concentrations and decreased at the higher concentrations, and reproductive and reproduc reached the minimum capacity,but the toxic at 75 %. The high cen ity of the wastewater centration of wastewater B and C could inhibit the B was higher than C. In the light of the heart rate tive output,the toxic strength was A〈B 〈C,which is similar to the mortality.
