超声引导下麦默通技术乳腺肿块切除术并发症的防治

摘　　要：目的:总结用麦默通(Mammotome)技术乳腺肿块切除术并发症的防治经验。方法:710例女性患者共987个占位灶在超声引导下行Mammotome切除术。记录术中和术后并发症的发生情况和处理方法及结果。结果:术中3处(0.3%)肿块发生并发症,其中大量出血2处,皮肤破损1处;术后90处(9.1%)肿块创腔发生并发症,其中瘀斑和血肿85处(94%),感染处,复发4处。均获得及时处理。结论:麦默通技术乳腺肿块切除术最常见的并发症是出血。严格把握手术指证和谨慎操作可以预防大多数并发症的发生。Objective：To summarize the experience of prophylaxis and treatment of complications in ultrasound-guided Mammotome operation of breast lesions.Methods： A total of 987 breast lesions in 710 patients were excised with ultrasound-guided Mammotome system.The occurrence of operative and post-operative complications as well as their therapeutic methods and outcomes were recorded.Results： In operation,complcations occurred in 3 lesions（0.3%）,massive bleeding in two,and skin laceration in one case;After operation,90 complcations（9.1%） in operating field were founded,ecchymosis and haematoma in 85（94%） cases,incision infection in 1 case and lesion recurrence in 4 cases among the total.All of them were properly treated.Conclusions： The complications are mainly composed by hemorrhagic instance.Strict operation indication and prudent manipulation can prevent majority of them.
