高眼压下和正常眼压下青光眼白内障联合手术的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:分析比较在正常眼压下和高眼压下行青光眼白内障联合手术的效果和并发症。方法:对61眼青光眼合并白内障的患者在眼压控制正常的情况下行青光眼白内障联合手术(术前正常眼压组),对21眼青光眼合并白内障的患者在眼压不能控制正常的情况下行青光眼白内障联合手术(术前高眼压组),对比分析两组的术后效果和并发症。结果:术前正常眼压组,术后视力提高明显,手术并发症发生率低。术前高眼压组,术后视力提高不明显,手术并发症发生率高。结论:与术前正常眼压组患者相比,术前高眼压组患者行青光眼白内障联合手术后的视力更差,并发症更多,术后眼压两组无差异。Objective：To compare the effect and complications of manual cataract extraction combining with trabeculectomy under normal and higher introcular pressore（IOP）.Methods： Totally 61 eyes of glaucoma combining with cataract were operated manual cataract extraction with trabeculectomy under IOP having been arranged at the condition of normal（normal IOP before operation group）,while 21 eyes of glaucoma with cataract are operated manual cataract extraction combining with trabeculectomy under IOP having not been arranged at the condition of normal（high IOP before operation group）,The effect and complications of two group were compared.Results： In normal IOP before operating group,it was of significant curative effect for vision and a low ratio of complications for this group.In high IOP before operating group,it was of no significant curative effect for vision and a high ratio of complications for this group.Conclusions： After comparing the data of two groups,those who were in the high IOP before operating group gained an even bad vision and some complications,their IOP had no significant change.
