摘　　要：高校纪委的组织协调是指高校纪委按照学校党委和上级纪委的总体部署和要求,协助学校党委研究、部署、协调、督促检查反腐败各项工作。组织协调工作主要体现在以下几个方面:在决策层面组织协调,在构建惩防体系中组织协调,在推进廉政风险防范管理工作中组织协调,在党风廉政宣传教育、推进干部廉洁从政工作中组织协调,在反腐倡廉监督检查中组织协调,在查处违纪违法案件工作中组织协调,在源头治本工作中组织协调,在调研工作中组织协调。高校纪委在反腐倡廉组织协调中应遵循如下原则:坚持党委统一领导原则,围绕中心、服务大局原则,组织协调、各负其责原则,讲求方法、注重实效原则。University discipline inspection commissions adhere to the requirements of university party committee or higher department in research,deployment,coordinaton,inspection and anti-corruption work.Specific contents are policy making,education of risk-prevention management in clean government,cases of inspection and investigation of corruption,punishment,source control and work research.The following principles are observed： adhering to the unified Party leadership,serving the majority,and advocating scientific methods.
