摘  要:目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子α(HIF-1α)、葡萄糖转运蛋白-1(GLUT-1)的表达与宫颈癌血管生成的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测宫颈鳞状细胞癌54例中HIF-1α、GLUT-1的表达,利用CD105标记肿瘤微血管密度。结果:HIF-1α在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的阳性表达率为50%,表达水平与分化程度、浸润深度明显相关(r=-0.674,P<0.05和r=0.897,P<0.001),与临床分期、肿瘤体积、淋巴结转移无明显相关(P>0.05);GLUT-1在子宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达率为57.1%,表达水平与肿瘤体积、临床分期明显相关(r=0.896,P<0.05和r=0.842,P<0.001),与分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润深度之间无明显相关(P>0.05);HIF-1α表达水平与微血管密度之间存在明显相关(r=0.701,P<0.05),GLUT-1表达水平与微血管密度之间不存在明显相关(P>0.05);微血管密度与肿瘤体积、浸润深度之间存在明显相关(r=0.609,P<0.05和r=0.845,P<0.001),与临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移之间无明显相关(P>0.05);GLUT-1的表达水平与HIF-1α的表达水平之间存在明显相关(r=0.731,P<0.05)。结论:HIF-1α、GLUT-1都参与宫颈鳞状细胞癌缺氧诱导新生血管过程,并且与微血管密度密切相关,其中HIF-1α发挥重要作用。Objective:To study the relationship between HIF-1α,GLUT-1's expression and angiogenesis in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:The expression of proteins HIF-1α,GLUT-1 were detected by immmunohistochemistry method in 54 cases Cervical Squamous Cell carcinoma.The micro vessel density were detected by CD105.Results:The positive expression ratio of HIF-1αin Cervical Squamous Cell carcinoma was 50%.There were relationship between the expression of HIF-1α and tumor differentiation,invasive depth.(r=-0.674,P〈0.05 and r=0.897,P〈0.001); There are no relationship between the expression of HIF-1α and tumor volume ,clinical stage ,lymphonode metastasis (P〈0.05) ;The positive expression ratio of GLUT-1 was 57.1%; There were relationship between the expression of GLUT-1 and tumor volume,clinical stage (r=0.896,P〈0.05 and r=0.842,P〈0.001); There were no relationship between the expression of GLUT-1 and tumor differentiation,invasive depth and lymphonode metastasis(P〈0.05); There were relationship between the tumor microvessel density and tumor volume,invasive depth (r=0.609,P〈0.05 and r=0.845,P〈0.001),There were no relationship between the tumor microvessel density and tumor differentiation,clinical stage,lymphonode metastasis (P〈0.05). There were relationship between the expression of HIF-1α and tumor microvessel density (r=0.701,P〈0.05). There were no relationship between the expression of GLUT-1 and tumor microvessel density (P〈0.05),There were relationship between the expression of HIF-1α and GLUT-1(r=0.731,P〈0.05).Conclusion:HIF-1α,GLUT-1 all take part in the pression of angiogenesis induced by hyposia in cervical Squamous Cell carcinoma and have relationship with tumor microvessel density;HIF-1αcan play a key role in whole procession.
