摘　　要：在对服务供应链概念进行新的定义基础上,建立了服务供应链的结构模型,分析了服务供应链的特点,并提出了SSCOR模型以及SSCOR模型的第一、二、三层运作模式,同时深入分析了服务业企业的服务流程。On the basis of an introduction of the new definition of the service supply chain,the paper establishes its structural model,analyzes its characteristics,proposes the SSCOR model and the operation modes on its first,second and third level,and analyzes in depth the working process of the enterprises in the service industry.
