疝气的艾灸治疗特点分析

摘　　要：运用计算机对130种古医籍中用艾灸治疗疝气的内容进行统计,结果显示,治疗本病多灸任脉穴、肝经穴、脾经穴和经外奇穴;多灸足趾部穴和患部穴,也有人灸对侧的穴位;除常规灸法外,还可采用隔盐灸、醋熏灸、太乙神针、熨法等方法,而刺激量必须要足够。Moxibustion treatment for hernia in 130 kinds of ancient books was analyzed using a computer.The results show that moxibustion was often performed on points of the Ren meridian,the liver meridian and the spleen meridian,extraordinary points,toe points,and points in the affected part.It was also down on contralateral points.Salt moxibustion,vinegar moxibustion,Taiyi moxa stick moxibustion and hot medicinal compress were used besides routine moxibustion.Enough stimulation intensity was necessary.
