摘　　要：目的探讨MPEP对野生型FVB幼年小鼠旷场行为的影响。方法将MPEP溶解在二甲茎亚砜(DMSO)中,将18只幼年野生型FVB小鼠分成两组,实验组(n=11)注射MPEP(10 mg/kg),对照组(n=7)注射DMSO,注射量为70μL,注射30 min后,进行旷场实验,观察MPEP对小鼠旷场行为的影响。结果 10 mg/kgMPEP对小鼠认知能力及兴奋性、运动性有抑制作用,主要表现在中央区活动时间增加,运动速度减慢,运动距离缩短。结论 10 mg/kg MPEP对野生型FVB幼年小鼠旷场行为有抑制性作用。Objective To investigate the effects of MPEP on open-field behaviors of infantile FVB mice. Methods Eighteen infantile wild type FVB mice were grouped into experimental group and control group,and were injected peritoneally with MPEP and DMSO,respectively.Open field tests were carried out 30 minutes after injection.The data was analyzed with Variance Analysis method. Results Significant inhibition of cognitive activity,excitement and locomotor activity was observed in experimental group comparing with the control group. Conclusion MPEP inhibits the behaviors of infantile mice in the open-field test.
