摘 要:建立了硝酸介质中测定亚硝酸的荧光分析方法。该方法以5-氨基荧光素作荧光增强剂,在酸性条件下,5-氨基荧光素与亚硝酸发生重氮化反应,其产物在碱性条件下具有很强的荧光,利用荧光光度计测定其荧光强度从而得到亚硝酸的含量。实验表明,样品测量的精密度为7%,回收率为89%~104%,样品的检测限为7×10-5mol/L,测量的不确定度为13%。该方法灵敏度高、操作简便、抗干扰强,以硝酸为介质,可直接用于后处理工艺中亚硝酸的测定。A new fluoremetric method for determination of nitrite in nitric acid medium was studied,based on the reaction of nitrite and 5-aminofluorescein in nitric acid medium to form a new compound which has no fluorescence,then reduced to high fluorescence in alkaline medium,thus the concentration of the nitrite can be determined by detecting the intensity of fluorescence.The method precision is better than 7% (relative standard deviation of the measurements),with an uncertainty of 13%at the 95%confidence level,and the detection limit is 7×10^-5 mol/L.The recovery ranges from 89%to 104%.This technique is characterized with high sensitivity,easy operation and low interference effects.It can be used for detecting nitrite directly in nuclear fuel reprocessing feed solution.
