摘  要:传统的回弹补偿主要依靠工作人员的经验根据回弹角进行反复补偿,对于复杂型面没有行之有效的方法。以塑性弯曲理论为基础,用解析法求得回弹后的曲率。根据回弹前后曲率的改变,为模面补偿设计提供了自动计算方法。另外,结合试冲压结果,提出用综合补偿系数来表征回弹在实际生产条件中和理想条件下理论计算结果之间的区别。同时也给出了相应的有限元模拟和物理试验来验证。结果表明,该方法在工业应用方面是可行的,也是足够准确的。The traditional compensation of springback mainly depends on the experience of staff by repeatedly modifying the mold shape according to the bend angel,but there is no effective way for the complex-shaped surface.An analytical method based on the theory of plastic bending was applied to get the curvature after springback.An algorithm for automatically calculating the compensation shape of the mould according the results of curvature change is also developed.Furthermore,the results of mould test can be integrated into this method by a comprehensive compensation factor,which is used to indicating the difference between the springback in real working situation and theoretical results under perfect state.The corresponding numerical simulations and physical tests were carried out to verify the algorithm.The results showed it is feasible and accurate enough for industry application.
