摘　　要：针对所设计可重构多功能冲压模具组件数目多,对装配及拆卸顺序要求严格等特点,在UG软件环境下建立了各零件的三维模型,并利用其装配功能实现了模具的虚拟装配、完成了装配干涉检查以确保模具装配的正确性;用3DSMAX软件完成了模具拆卸及工作过程仿真,通过直观再现模具的实际装配、拆卸及工作过程,来指导模具的实际操作,体现了将CAD/CAM软件用于机器及装备的装配干涉检查、运动过程仿真、虚拟样机实现等方面的优越性。For the designed recombining multi-function stamping die/mould,because it contains the number of parts is rather more and makes the severely demand of varieties of parts＇assembly and disassembly order,the present work establishes 3D model of all parts in UG software environment,implements the model virtual assembly and interference check with the assembly function of UG software to assure the correctness of assembly.Furthermore,the mould＇s disassembly and work process simulation are also performed in 3DS MAX software environment to instruct the mould＇s practical operation.All these show the CAD/CAM software＇s superiorities for assembly interference check,motion simulation and virtual protype implement,etc.
