Rac1和MMP-2在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌浸润转移的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨Ras相关的C3肉毒素底物1(Rac1)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌浸润转移的关系。方法采用SP免疫组化法,检测100例胃癌标本和61例癌旁组织中Rac1和MMP-2的表达。结果胃癌组Racl阳性表达率为73.0%,显著高于癌旁组(52.5%);有淋巴结转移组Rac1阳性表达率为93.8%,显著高于无淋巴结转移组(53.8%),两组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃癌组MMP-2阳性表达率为76.0%,显著高于癌旁组(26.2%);有淋巴结转移组MMP-2阳性表达率为97.9%,显著高于无淋巴结转移组(44.2%),两组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Racl和MMP-2在胃癌组织中有高表达,Rac1和MMP-2参与了胃癌发生发展、浸润转移等生物学行为。Rac1和MMP-2可以作为评价胃癌恶性程度的一个新型指标,来预测胃癌的浸袭转移情况及患者的预后。Objective To study the expression of ras related C3 botulinum toxinsubstrate 1（Rac1） and matrix metallo-proteinases-2（MMP-2） in gastric cancer and effects on tumor invasion and metastasis.Methods The Rac1 and MMP-2 expression from 100 cases of gastric cancer and 61 cases of adjacent tissues were detected by SP immunohistochemical method.Results The Rac1 positive rate of the gastric cancer group was 73.0%,the adjacent tissues group was 52.5%,compared the different was significant（P0.05）;The Rac1 positive rate of the lymph node metastasis group was 93.8%%,the no lymph node metastasis group was 53.8%,compared the different was significant（P0.05）;The MMP-2 positive rate of the gastric cancer group was 76.0%,the adjacent tissues group was 26.2%,compared the different was significant（P0.05）;The MMP-2 positive rate of the lymph node metastasis group was 97.9%%,the no lymph node metastasis group was 44.2%,compared the different was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The Rac1 and MMP-2 have high expression in gastric cancer,Rac1 and MMP-2 involve in the development of gastric cancer,the biological behavior of invasion and metastasis.The Rac1 and MMP-2 can be used as an new indicator for evaluation of gastric cancer to predict the tumor invasion and metastasis and the prognosis of patients.
