折叠式人工晶状体推注式植入的对比观察

摘　　要：目的评价折叠式人工晶状体推注式植入的临床效果。方法 120例老年性白内障超声乳化联合Acrysof折叠式人工晶状体3.2mm切口推注式植入,观察术后视力,散光变化,角膜内皮细胞计数及术后前房炎症反应等。结果与120例120眼3.5~4.0mm切口折叠式植入相比较。结果推注式植入术后1d视力≥0.5者112眼（93.9%）,较对照组高（P〈0.05）。术后1周角膜散光值为（0.93±0.50D）,较对照组低（P〈0.05）。术后1周房水闪光阳性率为17%,低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论折叠式人工晶状体推注式植入具有术后视力恢复更快、更好、散光变化更小,术后炎症反应更轻,人工晶状体损伤更少等优点,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To evaluate clinical results of injector in implantation of foldable intraocular lens.Methods Monarch injector was used through 3.2mm incision in 120 eye of 120 patients with senile cataract undergone phacoemulsification and Acrysof foldable intraocular lens implantation,comparing with phacofolder forceps though 3.5~4 mm incision in 120 eyes of 120 patients with senile cataract.Results At the postoperation 1 days,the visual acuity in the injector group was significantly higher than that in the phacofolder forceps group（P0.05）.At the postoperation 7 days,the mean postoperative astigmatism was less than in the phacofolder forceps group（P0.05）.Conclusion Foldable intraocular lens impantation with injector could make good visual acuity rehabilitation at early postoperation stage and reduce early postoperative astigmatism.
