摘  要:本文介绍了电工学三段式实验教学体系,探讨了电工学实验教学内容及教学方法的改革。经过通才培养、精英培养、创新人才培养三个阶段的教学,学生的基础得到提高,创新能力得到全面训练,体现了多层次和具有个性化的培养方案。实验改革实现了以学生为本,因材施教,提高教学质量的目的。This paper introduces a three-stage form experimental teaching system of Electrotechnics course, and discusses the reform of content and method of the experimental teaching system of Electrotechnics. By the three teaching stages of general training, elite training and innovation training, the students receive comprehensive training from basis to improve and finally got the comprehensive training of innovation. This experimental teaching system gives the expression of multi-level and personalized teaching program, and achieves the purpose of student-centered, individualized and improve teaching quality.
