摘　　要：大学创新型实验室承载着各级大学生创新实验项目、学科竞赛和自主实验等创新人才培养的使命。本文以我校国家电工电子实验教学示范中心大学生创新活动中心为例,分析了实验室建设的现状,明确了实验室建设的指导思想和建设目标,提出在现有条件下利用现代化的管理手段管理好实验室六个要素是建设好实验室的关键,提出了利用网络管理信息系统平台对实验室进行管理的思路。The mission of the innovative laboratory is to bring up creative talents through the innovative experiment projects, discipline contests and independent experiments. This paper has taken the university student＇s innovative activity centre of national demonstration electrician electronic experiment teaching centre in our university as example. The current situation of the laboratory construction is analyzed, the guidelines and the construction object of the laboratory construction are defined, and six key elements to building the laboratory well are proposed under the existing condition. Finally, the ideas of utilizing the network management platform to manage laboratory is given.
