摘  要:以青霉素发酵液为原料,利用蛋白质与考马斯亮蓝显色原理,测定发酵液中蛋白质含量,并对检测方法进行验证,检测波长为595 nm。蛋白质含量在0~30μg/mL时与吸光度有良好的线性关系,测定所需标准曲线方程为y=0.003 9 x+0.048 8。采用考马斯亮蓝法测定青霉素发酵液中蛋白含量具有速度快、精确度高、重现性好等特点。The penicillin fermentation broth is used as the feed.The protein concentration in the fermentation broth is detected by utilizing.The protein colors with Brilliant blue R and the method is testified.The wavelength is 595 nm.When the protein concentration in the feed varying from 0 to 30 μg/mL,the concentration have the preferred line relation with absorbance.The standard equation of bight Y=0.003 9 x+0.048 8 is needed in the measure.The brilliant blue R is em-ployed to detect the protein concentration in the penicillin fermentation broth and the method is particularly advanta-geous because it can achieve very high accuracy,quick speed and good reproducibility.
