摘　　要：自动注油机是汽车座椅滑道全自动装配线的一台自动化装备,通过工装的模块化设计、精密定量阀控制注油量、PLC加伺服电机控制注油位置的方式,实现了对多个品种汽车座椅滑道的精确自动注油功能。实际使用表明该系统能够满足汽车座椅滑道的生产工艺要求,自动化程度高、可靠性好,具有较好的应用前景。This thesis introduced a kind of automatic oil ejector of automatic assembly line for auto- mobile seat track, realized the fuction of precisely auto-oiling of varieties of automobile seat track by the modular design of jig,precise quantitative valve control oil injection and the way of PLC plus servo motor control the location of oiling.The actual use show that the system can meet the requirements of production process of autornobile seat track, enables precise oil ejecting,high degree of automation and reliability,so the machine can be used widely.
