摘　　要：目的:观察普拉克索对不宁腿综合征(RLS)的治疗效果。方法:对41例不宁腿综合征患者随机分为两组,对照组20例予以氯硝基安定、维生素B1、弥可保口服;治疗组21例在对照组基础上加用普拉克索睡前口服治疗,疗程4周。结果:对照组总有效率65.0%,治疗组总有效率90.5%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:普拉克索治疗有效,无明显副作用,值得临床推广。Objective：To oberserve the therapeutic result of pramipexole in treating restless legs syndrome （RLS）.Methords：The 41 cases of restless legs syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The 20 patients in control group were treated with chlorine nitrazepam,vitamin B1,methylcobalamin for 4 weeks.The 21 cases in treatment group were treated with pramipexole in additional On the basis of the control group for 4 weeks at bedtime.Results：The total efficiency in control group is 65.0%,but the efficiency in treatment group is 90.5%.There were statistics differences between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion：the drug of pramipexole is effective to treat restless legs syndrome.It was no side effects,and worthy of promotion.
