摘　　要：介绍了气候变化、人类利用水资源对石羊河流域的影响,并以史为鉴,考查了石羊河的变迁;最后,从环境伦理的角度揭示了石羊河流域水资源问题的根源,这是近年来对石羊河流域水资源问题研究的新角度,提出了解决问题的新思路。The influences on Shiyang River basin exerted by climate changes and utilization of water resources were introduced,and Shiyang River＇s vicissitude from history was examined.Finally,the root of the Shiyang River basin water resources question from the angle of environmental ethics was revealed.This is a new research angle in recent years to the Shiyang River basin water resources question,which provided a new thought to solve the question.
