摘 要:[目的]使污水处理厂出水中磷的排放浓度稳定达标。[方法]在自制反应装置中使用电凝聚技术并投加混凝剂Al2(SO4)3对含磷废水进行处理,并对极板间距、电流密度、pH值、通电时间和混凝剂投加量等因素对磷去除率的影响及除磷效果进行研究。[结果]在最佳电流密度2.5mA/cm2、极板间距1.5cm、pH值为7时,投加15mg/L混凝剂Al2(SO4)3,电解30min,磷的去除率达到90.1%。[结论]电凝聚-混凝技术除磷具有很好的效果。电极极化钝化是电凝聚有效运行的主要障碍,是后续研究的需要解决的关键问题。[Objective] The research aimed to make the tail water of sewage treatment plant meet the standards.[Method]With electro-coagulation in treating phosphorus contained wastewater while putting flocculants in a home-made reactor,some factors affecting the removal effects were discussed,including electrode distance,current density,pH value,electrified time and concentration of flocculants.[Result] When the current density was 2.5 mA/cm^2,electrode distance was 1.5 cm,pH value was 7,dosage of aluminum sulfate was 15 mg/L,reaction time was 30 min,the percent of phosphate removal reached 90.1%.[Conclusion] Electrocoagulation-coagulation has a good effect on phosphorus remove.Electrode passivation is the main obstacle to effective operation and it is the key issues which the follow-up studies need to be studied.
