10272眼准分子激光角膜切削术临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价准分子激光屈光性角膜手术治疗轻、中、重度近视的远期临床效果。方法对在我院接受ＰＲＫ治疗的１０２７２眼近视眼术后１月～５ａ的结果进行了统计学分析。结果术后１月视力≥５０的占９０４％，术后２ａ以上的１组（≤－６００Ｄ）、２组（－６２５～－８７５Ｄ）和３组（－９００Ｄ～－１２００Ｄ）裸眼视力分别是９２５％、７２５％、４６５％；术后３组屈光度其正视率分别是９８４％、９４８％、７８６％，没有严重并发症发生。结论ＰＲＫ治疗－１２００Ｄ以下，特别是－６００Ｄ以下的近视眼安全有效。Objective The effects of PRK performed on mild,modreate and high myopia eyes is evaluated.Methods The follow up period ranged from 1 to 24 months,study on 10 272 eyes ungone this procedure were completed .Results At 1 month,the uncorrected visual acuity of 5.0 or better in 90.4% overall.At over two years,the uncorrected visual acuituy of 5.0 or better in grop 1(≤-6 00 D),group 2(-6 25～-8 75 D),and grop 3(-9 00 D～-12 00 D) were 92 5%,72 5%and 46 5%,respectively The postoperative refraction within ±1 00 D were 98 4%,94 8% and 78 6% For all patients,no severe complications were observed.Conclusion PRK is a safe, effective,predictable and stable procedure to correct myopia of lower than -12 00 D,especially in myopia of lower than -6 00 D.
