摘 要:目的:研究BMP-2及其受体BMPRⅠA、BMPRⅠB和BMPRⅡ在上皮性卵巢癌的表达及意义。方法:应用半定量RT-PCR、Western-blot方法检测BMP-2及其受体BMPRⅠA、BMPRⅠB和BMPRⅡ在上皮性卵巢癌、卵巢良性病变和正常卵巢组织中的mRNA和蛋白表达。结果:BMP-2、BMPRⅠB、BMPRⅡ的mRNA和蛋白在卵巢癌组织的表达明显低于正常及良性病变卵巢组织,而BMPRⅠA在3种组织的表达无统计学差异。结论:BMP-2、BMPRⅠB、BMPRⅡ在卵巢癌的发生发展中可能起一定的作用。Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2) and its receptors BMPRⅠA,BMPRⅠB and BMPRⅡ in the tissue of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods:Semi-quantitative RT-PCR and Western blot were applied to detect the expression of BMP-2 and its receptors BMPRⅠA,BMPRⅠB and BMPRⅡ in epithelial ovarian cancer,benign ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissues at the mRNA and protein levels.Results:The mRNA and protein expression of BMP-2,BMPRⅠB,BMPRⅡ in the ovarian cancer tissues were remarkably lower than those in benign ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissues,while no significant difference of BMPRⅠA expression existed among three kinds of tissues.Conclusion:The low or loss expression of BMP-2,BMPRⅠB,BMPRⅡ in ovarian tissue may promote the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer.
