摘　　要：作者对人精浆中分离出的两种具有免疫抑制活性的因子——DF_1和DF_2进行理化性质分析,发现DF_2分子量为52,000,DF_1分子量77,000和88,000。前者PI范围为3.8～4.2,后者4.0～5.8。氨基酸组成和含量测定发现,DF_2富含酸性氨基酸。DF_1,DF_2经甲苯胺兰染色显示出糖蛋白特征区带。Zn、多胺及果糖测定发现DF_2富含Zn,两者多胺及果糖含量均为零。The analysis of physical and chemical properies of two types of immunosuppressivefactors (IFs)-DF_1. and DF_2 isolated from human seminal plasma (SP) were reported. It wasdiscovered that the molecular weight of DF_2 about 52,000, while the molecular weight of DF_1about 77,000 and 88,000. The pI of DF_2, DF_1 was about 3.8-4.2 and 4.0-5.8. respecti-vely. The DF_2 was rich in acidic amino acid determined by composition and content assaysof amino acids. Stained by Toluidine blue, both DF_1 and DF_2 showed the characteristicglycoprotein bands. The determination of Zn, polyamine and fructose was carried outfor DF_1, DF_2. The DF_2 was rich in Zn. No polyamine and fructose were discovered in DF_1and DF_2. In conclusion, the two types of IFs isolated from SP--DF_1, DF_2 were acidicglycoprotein of high-molecular-weight and DF_2 was rich in Zn.
