摘　　要：目的 探索晚期胰头癌的治疗方法。方法 用胰十二指肠动脉插管栓塞区域灌注化疗8例。结果 经3个疗程后有效率25％,延长半年生存率0.5％,一年生存率25％。结论 该方法简单、安全可靠,能延长病人生存期。Objective To explore the treatment of late carcinoma of pancreatic head. Methods 8 patients were intu-bated arteriae panereaticonduodenal suoerior to emdolism for regional intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy. Results After three courses survival rate was 25%, survival rate of half a year 62.5%, survival rate of a year 25% . Conclusions The method is simple, safe, reliable, and can prolong and life time.
