摘　　要："自主创新"已成为当今使用频率最高的词汇之一,但人们对其的理解并不相同,这给学术研究和实际管理工作带来不便,因此对"自主创新"进行辨析仍然是必要的。首先,本文从经济发展、国家安全和民族精神三个方面来诠释自主创新概念;其次,从自主创新定义的功能出发,对什么是自主创新做出界定。基于以上认识,给出了自主创新的定义和按创新程度划分的延伸定义。Independent innovation has already become one of the most frequently used phrases in China.However,people always have different understandings on this phrase,which makes academic research and management practice inconvenient.Therefore,it is necessary to form clear identification of independent innovation.Firstly,this paper interprets the concept of independent innovation from three perspectives of economic development,national security and ethos.Then,it sets up the framework of independent innovation by the function of its definition.Based on these,it gives the definition of independent innovation as well as the extended definition divided by innovativeness.
