摘 要:目的:探讨视网膜静脉分支阻塞(branchretinalveinocclusion,BRVO)和中央静脉阻塞(centralretinalveinocclusion,CRVO)患眼振荡电位(oscilatorypotentials,OPs)的频域和时域参数及其临床应用。方法:测定了BRVO9例9只眼、CRVO9例9只眼和40只正常对照眼的OPs,并经快速富里叶变换得到OPs的频谱。对BRVO、CRVO患眼和正常眼的OPs频域和时域各参数进行了比较。结果:与正常对照眼比较,BRVO患眼的OPs在110~250Hz频率范围内主频率显著下降;平均频谱的幅度、总功率、最大振幅和最大功率无显著改变;OPs前3个子波潜伏期和前两个子波振幅以及4个子波振幅总和均显著异常。CRVO患眼在150~180Hz平均频谱的幅度显著下降;在110~250Hz频率范围内其他频域参数有显著改变,OPs4个子波潜伏期、前3个子波的振幅及4个子波振幅总和均显著异常。结论:BRVO和CRVO患眼OPs各频域和时域参数均有改变,其中以CRVO患眼的改变更显著。OBJECTIVE:To analyze the parameters of frequency domain and time domain of the OPs in the eyes with branch retinal vein occlusion and central retinal vein occlusion. METHODS:OPs from 9 eyes with branch retinal vein occlusion, 9 eyes with central retinal vein occlusion and 40 normal control eyes were tested. The frequency spectra of the OPs were derived through fast Fourier transform. These parameters of OPs in the frequency domain and time domain were compared between the eyes with vein occlusion and normal control eyes respectively. RESULTS: Compared with the normal control eyes, the dominant frequency of OPs from 110 to 250 Hz decreased significantly in the eyes with BRVO, and there were not significant differences in the amplitudes of the mean frequency spectra, the total power, the maximum amplitudes and maximum power. The latencies of three initial wavelets, and amplitudes of two initial wavelets and the summed amplitude of the four OPs wavelets attenuated significantly. The amplitudes of the mean frequency spectra from 150 Hz to 180 Hz decreased obviously in the eyes with CRVO. There were also obvious changes in the other parameters of frequency spectra from 110 Hz to 250 Hz. The latencies of four wavelets, the amplitudes of initial three wavelets, and the summed amplitudes of four wavelets were also abnormal.CONCLUSIONS: All parameters of OPs in frequency domain and time domain are abnormal in the eyes with BRVO and CRVO, and the change in the eyes with CRVO was more evident among the tested eyes. These parameters could be applied to assess the eyes with retinal vein occlusion as clinical objective indices. 〖CD#F40mm]
