青光眼手术疗法的进展

摘　　要：综述了近年来国内对治疗青光眼手术方法的改进，主要包括小梁移植术、房水引流器植入术、无结膜切口的小梁切除术、外路小梁切开术、新生血管性青光眼冷冻联合手术治疗、滤过手术联合药物防止瘢痕形成等。A series of literature was summarized on advancement of surgery procedure in the treatment of the glaucoma, including basically trabecular transplantation,aqueous shunting device implantation, trabeculectomy without conjunctival incision, external trabeculotomy, the cryocoagulation combined with surgery procedure in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma, etc.The advantages and disadvantages including clinical practices on these surgery techniques were evaluated.
