维拉帕米联合化疗药物局部注射体表恶性难治性肿瘤15例

摘　　要：目的观察难治性体表转移性肿瘤局部注射维拉帕米联合化疗药物的疗效及毒副反应。方法对15例难治性体表转移性肿瘤患者局部注射维拉帕米联合化疗药物：维拉帕米15 mg,顺铂20 mg或（和）5-Fu 0.5 g;根据瘤体大小注射3～4次或4次以上;静脉应用奥沙利铂或奈达铂或紫杉醇或长春瑞滨者,化疗药物及总剂量依据公认的方案。结果 15例患者中,治疗后体表转移性肿瘤注射部位近期疗效：完全消退3/15例（20%）,部分消退12/15例（81%）;未发现心血管相关的毒性反应、注射部位轻度炎症反应。结论难治性肿瘤患者局部注射维拉帕米联合化疗药物疗效确切,毒副反应可耐受。Aim To observe the therapeutic effect and toxicity of injection with verapamil and chemotherapeutics combination in the lo-cation of the intractable body-surface metastatic tumor.Methods 15 patients with body-surface metastatic tumor,who had received standardized chemotherapy and ineffective with the treatment,were selected to receive the injection with verapamil 15 mg,DDP 20 mg,and/or 5-FU 0.5 g combination in the location of the body-surface metastatic tumor.The injection was more than 3 times according to the tumor size,while intravenous oxaliplatin or nedaplatin or paclitaxel or vinorelbine were also used according to the total dose of chemo-therapy drugs in recognized program.Results In the 15 patients,the therapeutic effect were as follows： complete remission in 3 /15 cases（20%）,partial remission in 12 /15 patients（80%）,and without cardiovascular toxicity but with mild inflammation in the injec-tion location.Conclusion Local injection with verapamil and chemotherapeutics combination in the location of the intractable body-surface metastatic tumor were effective,with tolerable toxicity.
