摘　　要：目的：为了迎接知识经济挑战，振兴民族医药工业。方法：分析了世界医药发展史及近代科技与经济发展动态。结果与结论：认为创新为知识经济的主要时代特征，并成为推动企业与经济发展的重要动力。同时提出了企业在人才培养、管理、机制、营销等方面实施创新战略的一些思路和方法。OBJECTIVES:For meeting the challenges of knowledge economy and invigorating our national pharmaceutical industry.METHODS:This paper analyses the history of global pharmaceutical development and the trends of science and economy in recent years.RESULTS and CONCLUSIONS:We hold that creation is the main characteristics of knowledge economy and is the main power which promote the development of enterprises and economy.It also describes some new strategies and methods in cultivation of human talents,management,organization,technology,marketing etc.
