不能超越具体的历史条件侈谈所谓的“普世价值”

摘　　要：有人把西方所谓的"民主、自由、人权"等理论及其多党轮流执政的制度说成是具有"普世价值"的"普适模式",鼓吹要"向美国的宪政学习",呼吁"出现中国的戈尔巴乔夫",从而否定四项基本原则,取消中国共产党的执政地位,公开提出了改旗易帜的主张。对于这种错误思潮,我们千万不能掉以轻心,更不能让其有任何生长的气候和土壤。Some people regard the western so-called democracy,freedom,human rights and multi-party ruling system as ecumenic value and universal model.They agitate to learn from the American constitution and politics and appeal to the birth of Chinese Mikhail Gorbachev,so that they can negate the spirit of the Four Cardinal principles,destroy the CPC＇s ruling status and even claim it＇s time to shift power now.As to this wrong ideological trend,we should never lower our guard and never leave any room for its development.
