摘　　要：目的探讨三甲医院以专病护理培训和专病讲座的模式扶持社区卫生护理服务的效果。方法①设计利于社区卫生服务中心的护理人员参与的专病培训和互动沟通模式。②设计利于社区的高血压病、糖尿病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者参与的专病讲座、互动的模式。比较应用各模式前后的观察指标变化。结果①社区护理人员参加培训前后的试卷测试,经配对样本均数t检验比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②参加专病讲座的社区患者对高血压病、糖尿病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病的基础知识、康复知识、应对疾病急发认知的知晓率明显提高,与没有参加讲座的患者比较,经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论专病护理培训和专病讲座的模式受社区卫生中心的医护人员和社区人群欢迎。循证更新慢性疾病护理的培训内容和社区慢性病的防治讲座内容,能适应发展。Objective To explore the effects of the support model of 3A grade hospital for community health care service by adopting specific nursing training and special diseases lectures.Methods ① The specific disease nursing training and interactive communication mode was designed considering the knowledge levels of nurses in the community health centre.② The corresponding special diseases lectures on essential hypertension（EH）,diabetes mellitus（DM） and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） were held for patients in thee community health centre.The relative observation indexes were compared before and after the implementation of the model.The data was analyzed by the paired t-test or Chi-square test.Results ① The paper testing was given to the nurses from the community health centre before and after training,and the difference in the scores had statistical significance（P0.01）.②The awareness rate of patients who listened to lectures on EH,DM and COPD,the relative rehabilitation knowledge,and the coping method for acute attacking was significantly raised,and showed significant different from those not listening the lectures（P0.01）.Conclusion The specific nursing training and special diseases lectures on chronic diseases are welcomed in community.The developing evidence-based training contents and lectures should be timely updated in order to meet the need of community.
